A space to return to yourself

So much of how we see ourselves is shaped by expectations—who we believe we should be, how we think we should look and the parts of ourselves we’ve learned to minimize.

This is an invitation to step outside of those expectations and reconnect with yourself through movement, reflection and sound.

The evening begins with a Therapeutic Yin, led by Lori Sohi from Open Concept Yoga + Wellness, followed by Jody Unrau’s Unapologetically You workshop and an immersive Earth Within soundbath.

Each part of the experience is designed to build naturally into the next, creating space to move inward, explore your relationship with yourself and close the evening in deep rest and integration.
